What We Offer:

Negotiable based on your experience ($15 – $17 per hour).
This is a FULL-TIME/SEASONAL position, but with your excellent work ethic and performance it may develop into a regular, full time opportunity. What You Will Do:

As an online grocery shopper provide excellent customer service and address needs of both online and in-store customers in a timely and effective manner.
Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) device to prepare and fulfill orders for delivery and/or pickup.
Shop and assume responsibility for all items in orders. Make contact with customer, follow up with all needs the customer might have including customer order issues, changes, additions and cancellations.
Must be detailed oriented, multi tasking, paying attention to product quality and order accuracy.
Inspect grocery orders to ensure they are undamaged.
Follow established procedures to report errors in retail pricing or signage.
Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn about organic produce, nutritional items, vegan, paleo, and keto friendly products. customer service standards, and store operations
Additional duties as assigned by Manager.
Enjoy the thrill of working with a small team to select and pack orders, and get items ready for delivery in an hour.
Willingness to work in other departments of the store as required, e.g., customer service, cashier, grocery, etc.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for at least 6 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.

What You Will Bring:

At least 1 year experience as grocery shopping clerk or similar labor position.
Positive team attitude and ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency.
Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
Dependable, self-starter and great multitasker.
