Job Description : About this opportunity
We are now looking for experience in operations support and owning the full life cycle of a Business Intelligence/ Data Warehouse solution including Administrator tasks & reports management.

What you will do
Support the following systems and functions:
Handling L2 Operations activities & Regular Maintenance activities.
Incident & Organisational Change.
Regular governance with the customers.
Analyze customer/ application issues.
Propose solution scenarios with identified components.
Create acceptance documents & Implementation analysis.
Secure the functionality and technical quality of work.
You will bring
Perform installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting of Business Objects implementation.
Provide system support when issues occur for assigned systems as well as systems in the SAP landscape. Support from Operating System through points of integration.
Hands-on experience in designing technical architecture, installation, and configuration of BI Stack components.
Design universe on SAP Business Intelligence and prepare ad hoc reports for same.
Maintenance of CMC and BI Launchpad & Backup and restore.
Solid grasp of SQL.
Knowledge of Business Objects (to handle/develop reports in BO).
Basic knowledge of writing Big query SQLs, Python, R.
Demonstrated Data Engineering expertise, including the ability to understand sophisticated architectures optimally handle large datasets, technical understanding of client’s big data platforms / systems.
Maintaining knowledge of reporting processes and assisting end users with access and data issues.
Automating procedures for data extraction from the GUI of various tools published on several Citrix farms.
Developing, maintaining, and modifying the BI platform used for reporting for the Performance and Analytics Product Area.
Porting of dashboards and reports from the old reporting system to the new BI platform.
Migrate and maintain metadata (code, BO universes and reports) within layered deployments including dev, test, and production.
Solid grasp of Linux, Windows operating systems, AWS/GCP.
Able to handle change/incident management requests & The ability to identify issues, analyze data and develop solutions to a variety of complex technical problems; excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar.
Minimum years of relevant experience: 1 or more years into IT Event management, Server/Application Monitoring.
