We are looking for an experienced and talented Middleweight Interior Retail Designer to join our Midlands based team. Flexible working options are available.
The One Off Group are a leading international Integrated Agency. We have design studios in London, Derbyshire, and Mumbai employing over 100 creative entrepreneurs across brand design, digital, interior architecture, and advertising. We have a strong culture and a passion for collaborative, inter-disciplinary design work. Our clients range from leading technology and entertainment companies to sports and fashion brands.
You will play a key supporting role within the design team, working across many types of retail projects and clients. You’ll work across the full design process from idea generation to design, layout, and creation of concepts.
You will have a good understanding of design applications such as Vectorworks, Cinema 4D (or similar), Adobe CS suite including Photoshop and Indesign. Knowledge of Revit would be advantageous.
Good initiative and a proactive approach are crucial within this role.
This role is full-time, Monday – Friday.

Experience
A relevant degree level qualification (e.g. interior design, architecture) or similar higher education training is advantageous
Around 3-4 years relevant industry experience, either at an agency or in-house
Skills
Creative with strong attention to detail
Good strategic problem-solving skills
Able to work collaboratively with a willingness to learn
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Able to take direction and build on feedback
Passionate about design
Good knowledge of design applications such as Vectorworks, Cinema 4D (or similar), Adobe CS suite including Photoshop and Indesign
Good sketching abilities
Knowledge of materials and a keen interest in manufacturing processes
Self-motivated to bring new and exciting examples of great design to the attention of the company
Able to think creatively through active participation in client meetings and brainstorms
A good understanding of how different disciplines influence 3D design, from retail graphics, motion graphics, digital and branding
Able to share knowledge, support creative team members, and positively influence the creative direction of the team’s work
Ability to produce full design intent packs accurately and within given timescales
A good awareness of industry trends and new techniques
Excellent awareness of the built environment, furniture, and 3D design
