Job Description : Job responsibilities:
(Accounts Receivable)
– Maintain up-to-date billing system
– Review change orders
– Process releases
– Process payments
– Generate and send invoices
– Follow up on collect, and allocate payments
– Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
– Review Contracts
– Prepare bank deposits
(Accounts Payable)
– Review all vendors invoices
– Process vendor statements
– Process vendor payments
– Research and invoice correct discrepancies
– Prepare vendor and overhead checks
– Process tax exempt certifications
– Review accounts payable aging report
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
