Whether that is a quick test to determine a battery’s state of health or a full battery replacement we are there to assist!

Strong Organizational Skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform full system battery tests on AAA members vehicles
Remove and replace batteries on AAA members vehicles
Provide estimated time of arrival to member
Maintain accurate records of service calls
Educate members on preventative maintenance
Maintain customer satisfaction rates according to company standards
Give members a Totally Satisfied experience
Perform work related tasks according to company policies and procedures
Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities
Treats coworkers with respect; manage and resolve conflict in a constructive manner; helps team members as needed
Report all work related accidents or injuries immediately and to the appropriate personnel
Performance Based Pay System (make as much as you want for as hard as you want to work)!

Qualifications and Skills

2 shifts available. Shifts are 9+ hours, 5 days per week, or 12+ hours, 4 days per week.
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record*
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience
Proactive self-starter with a willingness to seek out and help support the success of the team and the Company
High competence with cellular technology
Strong and efficient organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate in English both in written and verbal form with all levels of the organization
Safety Sensitive Position
