Job Description : Position: ABM/RSM
Qualification: MBA/Graduate
Location: Ludhiana
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of team handling experience preferably in ortho segment. He should have the working and territorial knowledge of Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar and Patiala.
Job Profile:
1. Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of Punjab region.
2. Plan to ensure achievement of target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
3. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and new product targets are met.
4. Identify and suggest new field staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching and monitoring skill.
5.Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Territory Business Managers & Key Business Manager’s performance.
6. Allocating work areas to TBM & KBM.
7. Compiling and analyzing of sales figures, Collecting customer feedback and market research , Keeping up to date with products and competitors and preparing monthly reports on the same.
