You should be able to activate and manage all digital touch pouints for clients. You should be on the top of various content formats, hashtags and response management
You should be comfortable coordinating with media team in activating media campaigns across Search, Display, Social & Mobile Platforms.
You should be confident in coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Design and Development and Media
You will proactively work to keep customers and internal as well as external stakeholders happy
You should be maintaining monthly reports & MIS
desired candidate profile
Experience and understanding of digital and marketing landscape
Any prior experience in Client Servecing
A Digital native, active on Social Media platforms.
Excellent written & communication skills
Adherence to deadlines and able to maintain quality standards
