Position : Account Manager/entry level
Job Description : This position is responsible for the designated accounts by delivering prompt, accurate and high-quality customer service. In our high-paced environment, there will also be plenty of opportunities to sell additional coverage to your existing customers as well as to write new business.
Essential Skills:
A comprehensive understanding of personal and small business products and services
The ability to promptly provide accurate answers to customer and carrier inquiries
The ability to work independently and express excellent judgment in identifying and resolving service issues
Adherence to agency procedures for selling, servicing and processing
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned book of business with a focus on retention and increased client profitability through cross-selling other products and services
Meet with existing and prospective new customers
Quote and issue new business services
Thoroughly and carefully process customer transactions as they are received in order to minimize exposure to Errors & Omissions
Document all interactions and transactions pertaining to customers
Comply with all office policies, standards, and procedures
Be proficient in our Management System, rating systems, and other resources provided
Any other duties as assigned by management team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,500.00 – $58,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
Bonus pay
Commission pay
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Work Location: Multiple Locations
