Position : Accounting Clerk (Entry Level)

Job Description : Description:

Process invoices by reviewing, verifying and matching purchase orders to invoices, while monitoring for discount opportunities
Handles all vendor correspondence via phone or email
Inventory / Purchase order reconciliation
Performs check preparation and ACH disbursements in Positive Pay
Document management: retrieval, scanning, and filing
Supplier set-up and customer maintenance
Perform sales tax compliance tasks
Assist with other admin duties and projects
. Requirements:

Must have knowledge/experience with AP, AR, and admin duties
Great follow through, accuracy, and attention to detail
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Professional attitude, reliable, strong work ethics
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment
