Job Description : 40 Hour work week
Qualifications:
High School graduate. Hospitality experience preferred but not required. Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook. Computer literate. Able to work in a windows environment. Able to sit 80% of shift and lift 20 lbs. Able to comprehend Revenues and Expenses.

Daily input for various spreadsheets
Daily Report
Auditing and Collections of Occupancy and State Sales Taxes
Purchase Order Log
Check Logs
Monthly Bill Log
Petty Cash Log
Valet Parking Logs
Sales productions
Statistics On Food Covers
Statistics On Room Nights
Inventory (Food, Beverage, Linen, Souvenirs)
Prepare paperwork and tickets for cash bars
Cash receipts
Credit Card Reconciliations
Over/Short

Basic Accounting Skills

Coding Invoices, Checks and Petty Cash
Balancing Revenues in different spreadsheets
Reporting all expenses to Corporate Offices
Reconciliation of various General Ledger Account
Process Chargeback request from Credit Cards
Process and file electronic information for Groups
Process and file electronic information for expenses
Keep daily deadlines

Good communication and organizational skills, able to multi-task, cross train to other areas of accounting including General Cashier, AR, and AP.
Answer Phones and deal with customer issues
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
