Job Description : Accounts Executive – Invoicing and Collections
Responsibilities
Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
Prepare and send invoices to clients
Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting
Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
Requirements
Proven working experience between 1-3 years as Accounts Receivable associate or accountant
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and any accounting software
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting (Preference B.com/M.com)

Should be open for in-office opportunity
