Executive Accounts Receivable to handle Invoicing in SAP, Customer accounts reconciliations, MIS related to respective area or business unit, Knocking off for payments, invoices and Journal Vouchers. Coordinating with stakeholders in business and resolution of issues
Experience Range:
2 – 5 years
Educational Qualifications:
B.Com in Commerce, or M.Com Commerce,
Job Responsibilities:
General AR Accounting, Revenue Recognition & MIS Responsible for coordination with various Business Units and internal stakeholders for the information Validation of invoice requests with supporting provided rates as per agreement Preparation and booking of invoices in SAP Keeping track and control of invoices including invoice wise knocking off for payments, journal vouchers Reconciliation of customer ledgers Preparation & Analysis of Monthly MIS of Revenue, provisions, and Invoices Resolving AR related queries of Investors / stakeholders Assist in process improvements and developments of various APIs / tools and BI dashboards Preparing Statutory / Internal Audit Schedules Assisting team members in training and knowledge enhancement
Skills Required:
Sound Knowledge of Accounting, Command over Excel, knowledge of SAP is preferable, Self initiator, Responsible & Accountable, Assertive & Impressive communication,
Candidate Attributes:
Sound Knowledge of Accounting, Invoicing, Communication Skills, GST, interpersonal skills, Analytical Abilities, Invoicing in SAP
