Job Description : COVID FREE FACILITY!
We are now accepting applications for a full time Activities Assistant. This position will require some weekend days and some holidays as the Activities Department is a crucial component to our Resident’s recovery and well being!
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and scheduling activities
Leading and performing activities
Maintaining resident activity records
Posting activity calendars
Participating in special resident events
Maintaining resident activity records
Attending meetings and training
Assists in decorating the facility to reflect seasons and holidays
Other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Computer/word processing knowledge
The ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus
Experience in a long term or skilled nursing facility is preferred
Must be reliable and punctual
