Position : Admin Assistant/ Front Desk/ Office Support Staff
Job Description : Looking for an outgoing, professional person to be an assistant to the Office Manager of a fast-growing medical clinic. Person MUST be well spoken, professional, and friendly. Must be well organized with a positive attitude, and able to follow instruction. Must have good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and proficient at typing. Job entails typing, data entry, answering telephones, greeting people, following instructions for all other tasks related to running a successful medical practice (day to day duties may vary some, so must be adaptable and willing to learn). Candidate MUST have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively verbally and written.
Hours are Monday through Friday, during the day (8am to 5pm). Located near the Galleria area. Both experience and education will be considered and there is room for advancement in the future beyond this position. Pay will be determined based on experience.
