Position: Administrative Assistant (part-time)
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Mon – Friday, 9am – 3pm
Reports to: HR Manager

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will be based in Baseline Energy Services Fort Worth, TX headquarters and will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments. This position will handle a variety of responsibilities that ensure smooth workflows and businesses processes particularly in the Fort Worth headquarters.

Responsibilities

Responsible for answering main company line and routing calls as necessary to proper departments/personnel
Oversee and manage inventory of kitchen and office supplies. Ensure that the office is always stocked and orderly
Manage local vendor relationships including but not limited to food and service providers, property management, cleaners, utility providers, etc.
Assist other regions with needs as necessary (shipping, utility/service management, etc.)
Manage travel plans and appointments for assigned management personnel
Plan company events such as Christmas parties, quarterly meetings, etc.
Schedule meetings and coordinate internal and external schedules as necessary
Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep in all shared spaces
Greet and direct visitors to the Fort Worth headquarters
Receive, send, and distribute Baseline mail from company PO box and various other carriers
Perform various other clerical support responsibilities as requested
Assist HR Manager and Generalist with HR duties such as onboarding, event planning, and employee support efforts

Qualifications

5+ years prior experience in an administrative support role required
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through on multiple tasks at one time
High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High School diploma or GED, required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Eager, flexible, and energetic attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team oriented and collaborative mindset (willing to go above and beyond to ensure exceptional employee support)
