About the role
As an Admin Senior Executive, you should be supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
What you will do day to day?
Facility management, including housekeeping, cafeteria, and other maintenance activities.
Plan and prepare monthly reports for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase of new materials within the allocated budget.
Organize and supervise other office activities including event planning, travel desk, renovations, and recycling.
Vendor Management.
Traveling to a warehouse within a city.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any domain
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a large organization
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment as a team leader and member
Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel is preferable)
Please note this position would require travel within the city
Vehicle Required.
