What We Need:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant. Operating under the Medical Review Department, the ideal candidate is thoughtful, diligent, and reliable who can learn and conceptualize a multitude of tasks.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Contacting clinics via phone, fax or email to obtain answers to obtain testing paperwork.
– Daily Administrative data entry.
Applicants should:
– Have telephone experience.
– Be very proficient – at least intermediate level – in both general computing and the Microsoft Office Suite.
– Show demonstratively strong attention to detail.
– Be organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Federal and/or State/DOT regulations is a plus, but not required. Opportunity for expanded role on merit.
