As a Client Administration Assistant, you will provide our Client Onboarding team with administrative support to help deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary position.
As a Client Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the Client Onboarding Team.
Preparing and managing the mailing of documentation to and from clients as needed.
Coordinating the organization and storage of client documents in shared system.
Performing other related responsibilities as needed.
What we are looking for:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Effective organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of financial/banking online sites
Previous experience with document management in financial services is preferred.
