Job Description : We are looking for a talented, intelligent, and highly motivated problem solver to join IPVM as an Administrative Assistant to support the President of IPVM, the world’s leading video surveillance research firm.
Even if you are not heavily experienced in handling administrative tasks, we are looking for someone with effective time management skills who is willing to learn in a challenging work environment.

Critical thinking skills: The ability to think critically about projects you are given and the ability to handle any obstacles or issues that may arise is vital to this position.

Reporting to the President of IPVM, you’ll act as a gatekeeper to maximize efficiency by effectively managing time and administrative obstacles of an executive, all while getting a behind-the-scenes look at the operations of a growing media and testing organization.
In this role, tasks will include but not be limited to: managing calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, planning travel accommodations, managing expenses, documenting meeting notes, and serving as a secretary when needed, among other administrative duties.
You must be able to strategically and proactively problem solve any challenges that may arise in supporting our President related to calendaring, travel, events, special projects, communications, etc.
If you are passionate about learning and improving, both personally and professionally, then IPVM is the company for you. As part of the onboarding process, you will be implemented into IPVM’s internal training and development program to develop your skill set and to learn more about the video surveillance industry. As you continue to get settled within the company, you will be tasked with more challenging tasks and projects.
Remote / On-Site: This position is remote and we are looking for the best fit of the above requirements. We are aiming to find a candidate who is located within 100 miles of our Bethlehem, PA facility (this includes NYC and Philadelphia) as there will be infrequent, approximately once a month travel, to the Bethlehem, PA facility.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
