We are looking for a responsible administrative professional to perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, managing daily office needs and our company’s general administrative activities.
We are looking for someone located within commuting distance to our office in Phoenix, AZ, though the ability to work remotely a few days per week is possible after the training period.
Job Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work professionally with all staff members and clients
Superior customer service skills
Critical thinking abilities
Creative problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task with competing deadlines
Tech savvy – Specialist in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ambitious and willing to take on challenges

Preferred Skills: 2+ years of administrative experience2+ years of Microsoft Office experience1+ years of customer service experience
