Job Description : Administrative Assistant Job Description
Timeless Skin Care is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for the general operation of our warehouse and office. Duties will involve answering incoming phone calls, creating, updating and reviewing vendor and customer contracts, greeting visitors, and general office duties as needed. To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in office administration. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Pay will be based on experience.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include:

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse and office.
Greets visitors, answers a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivers world-class service to our customers.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Prepares information and research as requested by staff and supervisors.
Manages and maintains files, records and correspondence both hard and digital copies.
Update calendars and schedule of meetings accordingly.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, scanning and/or faxing.
Problem solves for customers and suppliers in terms of communicating between departments and offices any shipping delays or rushed orders.

Requirements:

High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Confident and experience using office machinery (printer, scanner, photocopier, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills
Positive work history and ability to maintain a solid attendance as the “go to” person in the company.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent reading and comprehension skills.
Proficient ability to detect errors and
Must be a team player.
Quickbooks experience is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
