Position : Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Job Description : Based out of our HQ located at 1 South Broad St. in Center City, Insomnia Cookies rapidly growing, nationally recognized late-night retail baking company, is seeking a personable, outgoing Office Manager/Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team! Our idealized Office Manager will be an Insomnia Cookies culture champion, an administrative superstar, and the multi-department liaison who will keep everyone and everything running smoothly within the office.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 Insomnia Cookies C-Suite Executives
Answer and direct all incoming calls to Support Center
Administer mailroom services (i.e. sorting incoming mails, stuffing outgoing envelopes, operate postage machine, delivery of package etc.)
Manage relationship with support center landlord to coordinate all maintenance, sprinkler and janitorial issues as applicable
Acquiring & renewal of business license, food license and Sales Tax registration for all Stores
Manage budget and order all office supplies for Support Center and Call center including pantry supplies
Organize all supplies and maintain supply closet so it is easily accessible
Manage FedEx relationship
Ensure new hires are set up with desk, supplies, welcome, etc.
Coordinate monthly Support Center happy hours
Ensure conference rooms are in order and have supplies needed for meetings
Assist department heads with other projects as assigned
Requirements
2+ years of Office Management experience
2+ years of experience supporting the scheduling/administrative needs for a C-Suite level Executive
Must be proficient in Microsoft suite
Must be able to think outside the box and collaborate with all levels to deliver a best in class work environment
Prior experience with Concur expense management platform – a plus to have!
