Job Description : Overture Home Care is a quickly growing home care agency providing care for Seniors in their homes and local facilities in and around Fort Worth. We have a busy and vibrant office culture that thrives on compassion, ingenuity, and above all care and attention for our seniors. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to assist with a variety of day to day office and clerical tasks.
You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. An excellent candidate is organized, professional and friendly, and has great communication skills on the phone and in person. You must be comfortable dealing with people, performing administrative tasks and multi-tasking with speed and accuracy. This is not a complete list of every task, project, or duty you may touch.
The office coordinator ensures office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities and duties are:

Assist in assuring office related tasks related to day to day functions are carried out in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain a system of assuring supply par levels are maintained and that orders for supplies are appropriate.
Establish and maintain a system of assuring the workroom is orderly and stocked with printed materials.
Provide excellent customer service while answering the phone and taking messages.
Appropriately screen potential applicants and report findings to the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator.
Assist in assuring the conference room is tidy and prepared for meetings at any time.
Assist with scanning and copying of material at the direction of your direct supervisor.
Assist in processing paperwork for new employees after onboarding occurs.
Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submitting to the Administrator as required.

Marginal Functions include:

Assist in maintaining a good public relations program that serves the best interest of the agency and community alike.
Assist in maintaining a working relationship with office personal and field personal.
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personnel interest, and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment throughout the agency.
Assist in the development of and participate in programs designed for in-service education, on-the-job training, and orientation classes for the newly hired personnel.
Maintain the confidentiality of all pertinent client care information to ensure that client rights are protected.
Participates in the overall quality assessment and improvement of program activities.

Pay: $34,000.00 – $36,000.00 per year
