Position : Admissions Coordinator
Job Description : Northeast Recovery Specialists assists individuals and families in receiving substance abuse and mental health treatment to begin the process of addiction recovery. We believe in the power of recovery to change lives and restore communities. It is our mission to make these incredibly important services available to as many people as we can. We provide admissions support to private, 5 star rated, JCAHO accredited substance abuse and mental health programs, supporting individuals from their first phone call until the moment they admit into treatment.
We are seeking inside sales professionals with the desire to help people on their journey to recovery. As part of our team you will take inbound phone calls from patients, family members and other providers. You will then help guide these callers in exploring different treatment options, gather clinical background, payment information and learning each caller’s unique story. Once the caller is ready to move forward, we help set up an admission at the appropriate facility for their needs.

*What we’re looking for:
-Previous experience in telephone sales or inside sales with the ability to handle high inbound call volume.
-Knowledge of addiction and substance abuse recovery, or willingness to learn
-Empathy and compassion — at NAS we love people and we love this population
-Able to thrive in a fast-paced, independent, goal oriented environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficient with Google programs such as Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.
-Outstanding team player
-Proven track record of performance

What we offer:
-All inbound leads – cold calling is not required due to the sensitive nature of our work
– Starting salary: $40,000 per year + monthly performance bonus (our top reps are making $100k-120k+ per year)
-2 weeks paid training
– Hours: 11am-7pm Mon-Fri
