This job is a member of the Team Member Service Center within the People Division.
Responsible for providing resolution to policy, travel and general employee questions.
What you’ll do
Demonstrates positive energy, judgement in decision making, appropriate communication methods and employee support
Answers inquires via phone, chat, fax, email or self-portal
Assists employees with issues surrounding travel, policy and general employee questions
Uses general understanding of procedures, policies, knowledge of the database, other reference materials and judgement to resolve employee inquires
All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Ability to handle multiple tasks in high volume and adhering to deadlines within a highly confidential environment
Knowledge of policed, procedures and familiarity with Jetnet
Attention to detail is paramount
Outstanding customer service, strong organizational and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and work well in a team environment
Ability to analyze, research, and effectively respond to inquiries, issues, and complaints
This position requires a flexible schedule as it oversees an environment that will be open 7 days a week 12 hours a day
