Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Responsibilities
Introductory meetings with key audience from customer
Lead development, qualification and prospecting
Maintaining CRM for respective zone
Team Building Responsibilities
Hiring, training and coaching team
Creation and development of channel partners, consultant for respective zone
Process Responsibilities
Define process and plan to closure
Goal Responsibilities
Revenue generation
Forecasting
Territory and customer base expansion
Specific customer accounts development
Receivables recovery and documentation follow-up
Demo, trials arrangement and managementReporting and Co-ordination responsibilities
Reporting to GM-Sales and management
Coordination with GM
Coordination with PM and field resource manager for proper account management and customer satisfaction
Marketing Responsibilities
Lead generation through planned marketing activities
Exhibition planning in respective zone
Knowledge
Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills
Good Business Sense and industry expertise
Ability to motivate and lead team
Analytical skills
Excellent communication in English and local language
Good Planning with organizational, mentor and coaching skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Proven ability to close sales from plan
Go getter attitude
Ability to develop relationships with peers, internal and external customers, consultants.
