Report to: School Director
Areas of work
Re-establish a connection with PSN alumni including updating contact information and reaching out using mail, phone calls, social media
Update on where alumni are, and what they are currently doing
Identify with the school leadership possible lead/coordinator alumni for each year, encouraging the set up of class connects
Explore the relevance of regional Chapters encouraging these where appropriate
Establish a connect with parents of alumni students
Initiate a conversation where alumni students or their parents are willing to contribute to the school in the years ahead
Create one alumni newsletter
Ensure the circulation of appropriate 10 years materials to rekindle the connect with the school
Lay out a suggested plan for the school to continue the alumni initiative in times ahead
Liaise periodically with designated staff from PSG & PSG to share work done and ideate on further actions
