Job Description : Type: Permanent
Responsibilities:
Maintain and cultivate long-term positive client relationship.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Prepare and control the production schedule and budget.
Managing artists and art/creative/technical directors.
Requirements:
At least 3 years industry experience.
Have an in-depth understanding of the animation outsourcing process.
Able to solve complex production problems efficiently with a track-record of doing so already.
Knowledgeable of art content production pipelines; from ideas, briefs, workflows, and team dependencies etc.
Ambitious and relentlessly focused on high-quality, high-fidelity results.
Comfortable in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment, embracing changes and accepting revisions if needed.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheet.
Knowledge of MPAA Content Security Best Practice is a plus.
A background in technical art direction or art production is preferred; however, please note that this is NOT a hands-on 3D artist position as those tasks are already covered by other roles.
