Position : Anthropologie EU Buying Coordinator
Job Description : Anthropologie Buying Coordinator – UK
Liaison for UK buying teams within the US Anthropologie home office
Meet with US buyers monthly to look at new strategies, product development, chase, etc.
Attend weekly design flows to gain insight into individual styles and ways of working amongst buying and production teams
Manage correspondence for all OB and US market fabric commits and Purchase Orders within respective classes
Regularly checking POHO doc in order to stay ahead of early commits/ upcoming PO’s
Managing emails daily and staying on top of any fabric commits that production or US buyers pass
Making sure that UK buyers have all information needed to make purchase decisions, ie colors, images, sketches, etc.
Initiate and write Purchase Orders for all OB and US market product
Manage input of OB and US market styles into EU TXT
Input includes correct costing using freight calculators, images, and attributes.
Work with cross functional teams in US and UK office to communicate top line business strategies
Represent London buying team in US based meetings
Attend weekly selling meetings
Attend Sample Review, Finalization, and Investment Review
Allocate time before/after these meetings to look at the product and take photos to send to the UK team
Manage UK Plus purchases for respective classes including email correspondence and assortment sheet.
Weekly cross check of orders in TXT
Send US pic packs to UK on a bi-weekly basis to ensure no product is missed.
