Job Description : Our private dental practice is looking for a part-time or full-time Hygiene Appointment Coordinator.
Excellent customer service and verbal skills are a priority since the Hygiene Appointment Coordinator is one of the main points of contact for existing and new patients. This person works directly with our hygienist(s) to schedule our patients efficiently and effectively. They are also responsible for managing patient recall and reactivation campaigns. Dental experience with knowledge of Open Dental and YAPI Software is preferred, but we will train the right person.
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
Education: High school or equivalent
Experience: minimum of 1 year dental experience preferred, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour
