They should be professional and have the ability to maintain relationships over the phone. A good Scheduler can determine the Homeowners needs and schedule an immediate for dispatching..
Examples of tasks a Scheduler may need to perform include:
Answer phone calls, greeting homeowners and inform them about the company and how we can help with their home needs and schedule an upcoming appointments
Scheduling appointments for clients
Resolve any issues homeowners might have
Organize the schedule based off what management requests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
