Job Description : Work Experience :

Essential:

minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years in high rise residential housing projects with architectural consultants / Real Estate Developers

Desirable:

Minimum 3 years work experience with Real Estate Development Company

Technical / Soft Skills required
Proficiency in Auto cad, Working knowledge of Photoshop, 3-D Max, coral draw.
Should have good Communication Skills and ability to work in a Team.
Should be comfortable working in high pressure time lines.
Tests to be conducted

Auto Cadd & Design Skills
Key Results Areas
Assist in Project Design
Effective coordination with external consultants
Preparation of Municipal sanction drawings and completion drawings.
Preparing architectural and detailed GFC working drawings
Safe keeping/preservation of the AS BUILT drawings
Coordination with Project site team
Timely Issuance of tender drawings & GFCs to ensure proper planning & execution
Assist in Preparation of master checklist of all material specifications to be executed in the project
Identification and regular reporting of deviations during site visits
