Hitachi Astemo Gurugram Powertrain Systems is involved in the development, manufacture, sales and services of automotive components, transportation related components, industrial machines and systems, etc.
Responsibilities:
Analysis and troubleshooting of Assy machine failure to identify root cause and implementing measures for enhancing machine availability.
Maintaining CPK, MTTR, MTBF.
Technical downtime reduction of Testing machine.
OEE control, control on line utilization, maintain cycle time.
Mandatory Experience/Skills/Qualification:
More than 2~3 years’ experience of Electronic Testing and IBT,
Knowledge about Assy machine maintenance like IBT, laser marker, testing machines
Knowledge about electronic components.
Knowledge about windows/ office software to make breakdown reports.
Knowledge about spare parts management.
