Position : Assistant Apartment Manager – Sandy
Job Description : This position is accountable for assisting the site manager in the day-to-day operations of a multi-family housing project and the achievement of basic property operational goals. The Assistant Site Manager (ASM) position is primarily responsible for assisting the site manager with administrative tasks, tenant requests and maintaining regulatory compliance in the operation of the property. This position represents the property owners and Viridian Management to both the residents and the public.Position Location: Sandy, ORHours: 40 hrs/weekCompensation: $19-21/hr DOE, benefits to include health insurance, life insurance, FSA, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), matching 401kDesired Qualifications:1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.2. Valid driver’s license and insurance.3. Legally qualified to work in the US.4. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Gmail5. Proficient with use of computer, fax, scanner, printer, smartphone and Samsung tablets.6. Ability to type at 30-words per minute.7.
