Job Description : Know how to locate Property Owners/Property Managers?
We are on the service side and pay well for your talents to locate decision makers and close service agreements?
We pay by commission per account signed up ONLY–NO BASE PAY OR SALARY ALL COMMISSIONAND BONUSES. This career parh requires a self starter, someone who takes initiative to find the person in charge of a property and receive an authorized service agreement from the client. Our SERVICES are $0 cost to the client so no selling price wise. You would be selling trust that your team mates will get the job done for Texas Property Owners/Managers. Our focus is North Texas Region, with a vass target range of clients to seek.
We do not offer training or babysitting this position requires connections, Previous PM knowledge and experience a must. Only Experienced and Morivated applicants apply please.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
