Position : Assistant Coordinator, Materials Management

Job Description : Job Duties
Handles and maintains flow of material and products according to established guidelines.
Delivers freight, equipment, and furniture to appropriate Baylor departments.
Provides assistance to internal and external customers with item orders.
Maintains inventory of products and packages.
Assists with vehicle maintenance.
Tracks and documents the logistics of materials using computer software and scanners.
Provides logistics support.
Drives to different destinations to pick up or deliver packages.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
No experience is required.
Certification/Licenses/Registration: Valid Texas Driver’s License; clean driving record; three years of driving history in the United States.
Other
Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License, clean driving record, and three years of driving history in the United States.
Must be able to physically lift 50lbs.
Must be able to physically stand for long stretches of time.
Must be able to communicate verbally and via email.
