About RDH Environmental Services, LLC
RDH Environmental Services, LLC is a field data services company for regulatory environmental compliance. We perform field services to meet regulatory compliance and supporting equipment services. We service the Phoenix metro area and the state of Arizona.
What is the Role?
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the oversight and lifecycle of service requests. You will be the hub of information going to and from the field service techs and clients. To be a successful Project Coordinator, you must be a motivated, performance-oriented individual. You will be highly visible with the responsibility to identify, assign and track service requests while reporting directly to General Manager.
Who Are You?
Must be friendly, approachable, and prepared to help employees and customers as needed in a timely manner
Possess aptitude to learn tasks of a technical nature such as equipment and regulatory procedures
Take personal ownership of all reported issues
Ability to understand the organization’s long-term goals and objectives
Ability to multi-task in a continually changing and fast-paced work environment
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to complete work tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to ask questions and demonstrate professionalism
Must be very organized and methodical
Adhere to departmental policies for reporting and managing requests
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant office software applications
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail
Ability to follow up on open tasks and commitments in a timely manner
Has the ability to plan, schedule, and organize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
Utilizes and maintains accurate project documentation (i.e. progress reports, daily logs, etc.)
What Should You Possess?
High School diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or equivalent experience preferred.
1 – 5 years’ experience in customer service and/or help desk
1 – 3 years’ experience with Project management
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Internet Explorer) with a strong focus on Outlook and Excel-including the ability to work with formulas, edit existing reports, and develop new reports from scratch.
Excellent written/verbal communication, both technical and non-technical.
Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and flexible.
