Position : Associate Admissions Representative

Job Description : Associate Admissions Representative-Semi-Remote Position- You must live in the Houston area to go to campus one day a week, for events or other activities when needed.
Associate Admissions Representative – Houston Campus
The Associate Admissions Representatives will enroll students and make other relational contact in person and by telephone. Admissions Representatives will receive and or return inquiry calls from persons interested in knowing or receiving information about the school’s educational programs offered and follow up with prospective students. Ensures appropriate actions are taken to the satisfaction of the student within the school policies and the regulatory agencies that govern the schools.
Responsibilities

Integrates schools Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Teamwork and Excellence in all aspects of interaction with students and staff
Completes certification process and associated training to develop concrete admissions knowledge
Be knowledgeable with objectives, requirements and content of all programs offered by school
Schedule all required admissions activities for prospective students
Show moderate level of expertise with CampusVue
Set appointments for one-on-one interviews via extensive phone contacts with prospective students
Conduct Admissions interviews and tours with interested candidates at a level that consistently meets team and company standards
Assist prospective students with the application process at a level that consistently meets team and company standards
Perform follow up activities with applied future students to ensure proper student preparedness/actively participate in the accountability process
Consistently meets expectations in the areas of positive and effective student interaction as demonstrated through conversion and the rate that students begin school
Support company growth and budgetary guidelines through constructive interaction and attendance at meetings, events and other related functions

· Uphold the highest standard of ethics and truthfulness when providing information to future starts
· Complete all work with the highest standard of ethics and in compliance with state and federal laws
· Maintain high standards of professional appearance (in accordance with the employee handbook)
· Communicate with student support departments; Financial Aid, Student and Career Services as needed to provide adequate new student support
Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year customer service, administrative, or office experience
Previous recruiting, sales or personnel placement is preferred
Telephone appointment setting and interviewing experience
Communication skills both on the phone and in person
Ability to work with a team and be a team player
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and to be a self-starter

Associate Admissions Representative Benefits:

Pay $35,000-$50,000 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Remote Day Shift – but you must be available to report to Campus at least one day per week or during events, meetings, or related activities

Growth Opportunities:
This is a 4-tiered position and this is an entry level opportunity. As a person grows, they can move from Associate Admissions Rep to Admissions Rep to Admissions Advisor to Senior and then potential manager type positions at school.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
