Job Description : Title: Associate Operations Processors
Location: 1305 W 23rd St. Tempe, AZ

Summary:

Performs fairly routine key entry work into a CRT or PC from various source documents. Duties may include: receiving, sorting, batching and/or logging; validating data and making contacts to resolve simple problems; balancing report totals or system generated information. Works under direct supervision following established procedures.

Responsibilities:

The Associate Operations Processors are responsible for:

Own cube area 2 monitors multiple programs (skype, outlook, MS Edge)
Utilize the 10 Key of the keyboard, keying code and data processing
Data entry, handling documentation, review loan documentation and upload to database repository
Liaison with work directors, apply training practices, virtual working environments, 1:1 meeting’s
Working towards tight deadlines

Qualifications:

6+ months of Operations experience
Computer & Technology literacy
Data entry, Data processing and technology
Attention to detail – 10 key assessment
Excel usage
Mortgage knowledge
15K key strokes per hour
Entry level MS Office
Career transition from retail would be preferred
