Providing technical support to large and critical enterprises.
Experience in enterprise Servers & network implementation, Configuration Troubleshooting and monitoring.
Familiar with networking devices (Switches, Wi-Fi router).
Troubleshooting and installation.
Basic network troubleshooting.
Network Printer installation.
Providing Technical Network Support and Maintenance.
Software installation and upgradation.
Aware about Computer hardware.
Committed to professionalism, highly organized, work under strict deadline schedules.
Maintaining 150 computers LAN Network.
Maintaining backup of OS (How to take backup and restore OS)
Installations ofOS (Windows, Ubuntu, Linux) and repairing of OS).
Troubleshooting of Windows (Win7,8,10) and Ubuntu troubleshooting.
Outlook and thunderbird Configuration.
User Rights Assignment.
Maintaining Backup of Users data.
Familiar with EPBX.
Can work under pressure.
