Key accountabilities
Support and maintenance of Enterprise Scheduling Automate Plus (Help systems) environments.
Monitoring of Scheduling platforms Automate Plus (Help systems) / Servers.
Candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Creating, Editing, and Testing Workflows
Design modifies and test basic workflows in the Workflow Designer.
Task Builder Orientation, Use Task Builder to create one tailored task.
Workflow TriggersEventsConditions
Configure all the Triggering events and condition options, Variables and Datasets
Best practices for using variables and datasets within tasks and workflows.
Automating Loops, automate Looping concepts of repeatedly accessing data and changing it dynamically.
Good understanding of Text Manipulation
Automate the receiving and sending of emails and Exchange Object Management.
Key skills and experience
At least 8 years of relevant IT industry experience.
At least 6 to 7 years of progressive Enterprise Scheduling experience on any of following tools
Automate Plus (Help systems)
Architectural knowledge of
Automate Plus (Help systems) Scheduling Tool
Experience of supporting in multi-instance platform.
Experience of supporting in High Availability architecture.
Troubleshooting experience – job failures, hung jobs, and remote agent issues, etc.
Essential Skills –
Experience of Jobs Monitoring, Scheduling, troubleshooting, administration and maintenance in business-critical scheduling environment.
Experience in installation and maintenance of Automate Plus (Help systems) (Scheduler/ Event Server) and remote agents on UNIX and Windows.
Good written & oral communications.
UNIX shell and PERL scripting knowledge.
Desirable Skills / Experience –
Windows Batch scripting/
Automate Plus (Help systems)
Knowledge of ITIL Standards.
Basic knowledge of PL/SQL (Oracle/Sybase/SQL server)
Basic Unix/Windows Administration
Teamwork
