Customer Complaint management including attending to the customer`s complaints & assigning it to the field persons & maintaining complaint records (Hard/ Soft Copy) till the complaint closure.
CRM/ ERP Complaint Management
Maintaining Order data including follow up with the concerned Business Executive & ensuring the submission of the same.
Material Challan data maintenance (Manual Entry)..To be omitted post ERP implementation.
AMC Management – Renewal/ Fresh (Draft and maintain data)
