Job Description : Riggs Companies is seeking a dependable Backhoe Operator for our local concrete company.
Responsibilities
-Must be able to read and fill out daily job tickets and communicate clearly with our dispatchers and supervisor.
-Perform pre & post trip inspections as required by company and federal regulations.
-Understand blue stake (811) markings
-Follow all company safety policies and practices.
-Grease, oil and do daily maintenance
-Able to perform safe and clean trench, excavation, and back filling.
Qualifications
-Strong work ethic.
-Clean driving Record
Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL within 3 months of being hired.
-Valid medical card
-At least 3 years of experience Operating Backhoes
-Able to operate 420 Cat efficiently to maintain project specification.
-Mechanical knowledge of equipment and able to perform Routine Maintenance.
-Pre-Employment physical and drug testing are required.
-Must have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
