Job Description : Calling all those who love baking cookies, working with a positive team and bringing smiles to the community! We are looking for upbeat individuals to join us in baking a wide variety of Crumbl Cookies’ famously delicious cookies while providing a welcoming and professional experience to each of our guests.
Our mission at Crumbl Cookies is to bring together families & friends over a box of the best cookies in the world, and we want you to be a part of it!
Baker Responsibilities:
Read and understand recipes
Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
Ball dough to appropriate shape and weight
Decoration and display of finished product
Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality standards
Greet customers, answer questions, give recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service
Take client information and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Clean and restock workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Must be 16 years or older to apply for this role
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must have basic math and computer skills
Previous food experience is preferred, but not required.
Time management skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.80 – $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
Day shift
Evening shift
Weekend availability
