Job Description : Job Purpose:
The Behavior Technician plays a key role at AB by ensuing our program is operationg according to high standaeds and maintaining our growing reputation for excellence. The Behavior Technician must be dedicated to positively representing the company to their communities, inspiring and teaching children, and assist in building a cohesive team of individuals who are committed to promoting and providing outstanding services for our clients. Responsible for room arrangement, instruction, intervention, as well as preparation of materials, implementation of goals(both group and individual student), daily data collection, assist in creating and maintaining a quality environment.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Although it is not possible to provide an exhaustive list of all types of duties, responsibilities and perforamce standards, the following are essential job functions:

Be at work on time and readdy to start work.
Regular attendance required during regular business hours; it is subject to supervision during working hours; requires interactions with coworkers and supervisors.
Participates in staff development and staff meetings as required and appropriate.
Knows and abides by AB policies and procedures.
Promotes a unified, team-oriented atmosphere in all communications and actions.
Is professional in appearance and demeanor.
Remains in visual proximity of all clients.
Provides successful developmentally and behaviorally appropriate reactions with clients in order to effectively implement goals.
Follows goals and objectives for individual clients.
Conducts frequent preference assessments for all clients.
Follows schedule to open and close activities in a timely manner.
Assists fellow behavior technicians as needed.
Notifies lead behavior technicans of ideas for programming updates.
Informs Operations Manager of potential hazards/problems in room.
Create staff schedules and maintain daily client schedule.
Maintains any documentation in addition to use of the on line portal as requested by , BCBA and Lead Behavior Technician.
Follows a set of standards of all operational, educational, and clinical paperwork.
Consistently displays professionalism in his/her interactions with parents and clients alike.
Has a solution-based attitude when problem solving with parents, behavior technicians, BCBA.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $33,280.00 per year
