Position : Behavioral Health Technician

Job Description : Implements the Behavior Analysis Treatment Plan as well as train and monitor caregivers.
Complete Case Note / Client Contact Log with signed confirmation of services
Submit all Summaries and Reports by due date given.
Active member of the consumer’s treatment team.
Attendance at the consumer’s ISP meeting when requested.
Coordinate appointments for service delivery.
Provide on-sight services in the home, community and school

· Receive training on Behavior Analysis Treatment Plan for each consumer on their case load.
· Implement Treatment plans as written.
· Provide services to consumers based on hours set by the Behavior Analyst.
· Collect data on a daily basis and provide to the Behavior Analyst on a weekly basis.
· Communicate regularly with the Behavior Analyst.
· Implement the Treatment Plan in all relevant settings.
High school diploma required with 2-4 years experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
