Job Description : Job Title: Bilingual Client Services Assistant
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour
Supervisor: Director of Client Services
Position Description: The Bilingual Client Services Assistant will manage our Client Services
communication systems. In this role, the primary responsibility is responding to all client service
phone calls, texts, and emails to track requests, navigate and direct inquiries to appropriate
Client Services staff, answer general questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and
provide information about Mama’s Kitchen’s medically tailored meal delivery programs and
services. Additionally, the Bilingual Client Services Assistant will conduct outbound calls to
schedule appointments and gather client survey data.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the mission of Mama’s Kitchen; possess a
collaborative spirit and enjoy an open work setting; and incorporate the highest levels of ethics
and professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls, emails and texts courteously and professionally

providing timely responses to client inquiries

Providing clients with the organization’s service information
Routing all inbound client service communications to the appropriate resources.
Completing client notes and communications reports as necessary ensuring internal

databases are updated and accurate.

Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
Assist with driving meal delivery routes (as needed)
Honor agency policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Department Director

Required Skills:

1-to-2 years’ experience working in Front Desk/Office, Reception, Customer Service, or
similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Certification in Office Management is a plus
Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish
Able to work in multi-person and multi-activity office spaces
Be able to lift 25/50 pounds
