The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Billing/Collections Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Provide backup assistance regarding process and procedures
Complete work with a positive attitude geared to resolution of accounts and issues
Assist with problem resolution and ensure work is performed accurately, and in accordance with department Standard Operating Procedures, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines
Provide CSR/Supervisor with input and assistance to maintain established performance goals
Identify and assist with programs designed to increase morale, job satisfaction and performance.
Manage the Recert Billing Box to ensure all escalated tasks and internal/external customer issues; research problem situations are addressed
Monitor key reports to prioritize accounts, complete reviews, and take required actions to ensure timely document collection
Monitors error trends, and reviews and coach CSRs
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend potential options for changes
Training and mentoring of new hires.
Function as the “go to” lead person for the assigned region

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Two (2) years of Customer Service experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to interact with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
