Job Description : We are looking for Billing Communication Specialists that have a passion to help people and want to be a part of our mission! This role is critical in ensuring Airrosti meets our Mission of consistently delivering World Class service by providing the most accurate and comprehensible information to our patients. This position receives all phone and email billing inquiries, and resolves/clarifies insurance discrepancies with patients. Billing Communication Specialists contact patients to review benefit coverage and reach out to patients to follow up with payment. This position works in a dynamic team environment at the Airrosti Support Center .
