Position : Boat Rental, Yacht Charter Team Memeber
Job Description : Yacht Crew (Mid-Level) 15 – 17/hr +: Will perform all subordinate duties of Yacht Washer, Dockhand, and Dock Lead. This position requires boating experience in the 30 ft and larger range. They will be responsible in all pre and post charter operations including cleaning, pumping tanks, fueling, and inspections.
Responsibilities:
Can adequately perform all task of Yacht Washer and Dockhand
Performs pre and post charter checklist with attention to detail
Pumps out heads
Helps and advises Yacht Washers, Cleaning quality control
Is familiar with all the vessels systems and operations and can train them to a customer or employee
Can perform small non engine maintenance tasks
Can perform specialized preventative yacht maintenance once trained
Looks ahead on reservations and moves equipment around as necessary
Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must have at least 1 year of customer service work experience
Must have an approved boating resume
Shows the ability to stay task oriented and lead by example
Must be able to complete the task and duties of Dockhand and be able to train these duties to other employees
6 months of dockhand work experience preferred
If no past work dockhand work experience with Seaforth, training may take 2 months or more
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work a tablet and computer
Must be able to work, 3 days a week, 8 hours a day
Must be organized
Must work well with other employees
Must have exemplary phone skills and customer service
Must have completed high school or GED
Must wear provided company shirt and meet uniform requirements

Paid on the job training should take about 1 week
